This section holds information and links to your Data Management Agreement (the “DMA” or "Agreement")
The Data Management Agreement is the agreement for the use of vehicle data and needs to be entered by the customer in order for the connected services to be provided.
For customers signing up through Volvo Connect, the terms of use of a user will be linked to the signing of the DMA.
If you as a customer wants to cancel the DMA, or have any questions related to the DMA, please contact the sales organization at any authorized Volvo Dealer.
In case you would like to cancel the Data Management Agreement and services, please fill in the form below, sign it and send a scanned copy to your dealer.

In case you transfer (sell or otherwise change owner) your vehicles, we need your support to inform the new owner that they need to sign the Data Management Agreement with Volvo Truck Corporation. If the new owner has not confirmed to you that they have signed this agreement, please fill in the form below, sign it and send a scanned copy to: connected.services@volvo.com
